Characteristics and Purposes
Ø The coating can give mirror effect after polishing with adding PEW-0507 in the formula, the polished surface with high hardness, good transparency, good wear resistance, and will not return sticky under high temperature.
Ø PEW-0507 can disperse in solvents like xylene, solvent oil directly, and can dissolve in various solvents when heated. Sprayed the formula to wood, stone, metal, or any other coating surfaces, then polish by using cloth round.
Ø Can make polishing powder, polishing paste or polishing solution by adding various kinds of grinding material.
Ø PEW-0507 can partially replace carnauba wax, to provide good gloss and transparency.

Contents and Methods of Use
Ø In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5-20%.
Ø Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
Ø Can be added through a variety of grinding machines, and a high shear dispersion device.
