If the force of the ink scraper disappears, the edge of the pattern on the screen printing surface will stick to the slurry after the screen rebounds, so the adhesion of the printing paste affects the production quality.

Second, the problem with the raw materials of the printing paste. The main raw material of the printing paste is acrylic resin. The characteristics of the resin determine that if a harder resin is selected, the problem of stickiness can be solved, but the adhesion will drop seriously. If the adhesion is increased, a softer resin must be selected, but the soft resin is easy to stick back.
How to solve the problem of sticking back in the printing paste?

During the preparation of printing paste, it must be added during the slurry mixing process. Remember to add it before thickening. The wax emulsion in the water-based printing paste system has good compatibility with the printing paste resin. During the film forming process, the wax emulsion drifts to the surface of the coating and disperses evenly. A layer of wax protective film will be formed on the coating. At the same time, the temperature rises during the printing process, and the feel of the paste film is full, wear-resistant, waterproof, anti-fouling and scratch-resistant, and has high-temperature anti-adhesion properties. It can also improve the smoothness of the coating, greatly improving the glossiness of the paste during the printing process and ensuring the quality of the printed pattern.
