Teflon can be used as an ideal anti-adhesive coating on the surface of rubber rollers. 2, Heat resistance: Teflon coating film has excellent heat and low temperature resistance. Short-term high temperature resistance to 300 ℃, generally between 240 ℃ ~ 260 ℃ can be used continuously, with significant thermal stability, it can work in the freezing temperature without embrittlement, at high temperatures without melting.

3, Sliding property: Teflon coated film has low coefficient of friction. The coefficient of friction changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.

4, Wet resistance: Teflon coated film surface is not stained with water and oil, and it is not easy to stain the solution during production operation. The downtime is short, saving working hours and improving efficiency.

5, Abrasion resistance: under high load, has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the double advantages of abrasion resistance and non-adhesion.

6, Corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost not subject to chemical erosion, can protect the parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.

Usually we see the Teflon roller body, to the steel roller sprayed on top of the more common. These steel rollers are coated with Teflon by melting it at high temperature.
