The Importance of Exhaust Gas Concentration Control for Catalytic Combustion Systems

The right concentration of exhaust gas can ensure the safe and efficient treatment of exhaust gas by catalytic combustion system, and also help to extend the service life of equipment and catalyst.

Too low concentration: a large amount of energy is used to heat the air, high energy consumption, the exothermic reaction is not enough to maintain the self-heating combustion of the system, this working condition is recommended to concentrate the exhaust gas.

Too high concentration: risk of combustion and explosion; high temperature rise and high combustion temperature (above 600 degrees for a long time), which is harmful to both equipment and catalyst, it is recommended to add fresh air to dilute the exhaust gas to below the lower explosion limit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

According to the formula and technical data requirements of anti-slip agent particles, a transparent coating film with excellent anti-slip performance can be obtained. The Brun-graber Mark II slip tester was used to test all suitable sole materials, which showed that the slip resistance provided by this example increased the static friction coefficient by at least 0.25.

Anti-slip varnish with aqueous dispersion The liquid polymer binder used in this example is an aqueous dispersion of two-component urethane polymer, that is, 29 parts by volume of polyurethane, 19 parts of alkyd, balanced solvent and amino additives composition.

The anti-slip agent particles used in this example are polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) solid polymers containing ultraviolet absorbers, which are pulverized into the required particle size and are translucent cross-linked polymer particles.

The PMMA anti-slip agent particles can be added and suspended in the above-mentioned polyurethane aqueous dispersion to form an anti-slip varnish. After coating and curing, a solid, sasol wax 3971 msds semi-transparent coating film is formed, which imparts anti-slip and UV-degradability to the surface of the coated object. Table 13-10 is the composition of the aqueous dispersion non-slip polyurethane varnish of this example.

The paints composed of the above three examples are each coated on a rectangular glass plate, and after curing into a film, the PMMA particles are embedded in the paint film and exposed on the surface. Table 13.1l shows the test results of the anti-skid polyurethane varnish of the aqueous dispersion.
