YH601 is a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum, low-toxic fungicidal and anti-mildew agent for emulsion paints, polymer emulsions, glues, pigment pastes and all kinds of water-based coatings. It can also be used to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi and storage in printing inks and other organic products containing water.
YH601 has been widely used in the production of coatings, storage of fungicidal anti-mildew, acrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene butyl and other copolymers have excellent fungicidal anti-mildew function, and can be well compatible with organic and inorganic materials in these products.
The quaternization reaction of various chelating titanates is selective to amines. For example, triethanolamine is effective for KR-138s and KR-238g, but not for KR-212. Dimethylethanolamine can be applied to KR-212. DM AMP-80 (2-dimethylamino-2-methyl-2-lactone) is generally better than DMEA (dimethylethanolamine) and other alkanolamines, because the steric hindrance formed by DM AMP-80 can inhibit The resin and titanate undergo a transalkylation reaction to prevent the resin from gelling or increasing its viscosity. Most chelating titanates use 0.7 to 1 part of alkanolamine or 0.5 part of triethylamine for 1 part. The proper ratio is very important.
Not all titanate coupling agents can be quaternized. In this case, a surfactant must be used to disperse the titanate in water. The amount of surfactant used is generally 0.5% of titanate. Usable surfactants include anionic sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, non-ionic polyethoxynonylphenol ether, cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and the like.
Chelated 100 type
Take GTD OPP-138s (KR-138s) produced by Ken rich as an example, and its chemical composition is β alkoxy ethylene carboxy bis (dioctyl pyrophosphate) titanium. The structural formula is; micronized ptfe block it has the same corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and adhesion as KR-38, and it has better water resistance than KR-38s. It can be dissolved in solvents such as toluene and xylene to coat pigments and fillers. It can be used directly in solvent-based coatings, or it can be quaternized with alkanolamine or amine reagents and dissolved in water to coat pigments and fillers, or used directly in water-based coatings. Commonly used amine reagents are DM AMP-80, triethanolamine, triethylamine and so on. According to the literature [2~4,11,12], it has the following performance and characteristics.
It can improve the dispersibility of general pigments and fillers in organic systems, such as titanium dioxide in polyvinyl chloride plastisols, lead chromate in diisodecyl phthalate, zinc oxide and silicon dioxide (His il 233) in o-benzene Dioctyl dicarboxylate, iron red in alkyd resin, carbon black in hydrocarbon system and phthalocyanine blue in polyester or water phase system.
