Application of waterproof coating thickener agent

Waterproof coating thickener is widely used in the coating industry, such as, waterproof coatings, water-based coatings, printing coatings, architectural coatings, interior and exterior wall coatings, emulsion paints, leather edge oil, ink, etc. A variety of interior and exterior wall coating formulations, especially suitable for use as a synergistic thickener, from matte to glossy coating formulations used in conjunction with the provision of high shear viscosity to achieve the ideal balance of high and low shear viscosity.

Water-based coating thickener is made of natural minerals through a special process, with good thixotropy and thickening properties and can adjust the fluidity of the coating. High solid content, low dosage, fast thickening, can be diluted after use, good heat resistance, chemical stability.

Water-based coating thickener is a low-viscosity liquid, so it is easy to match and helps to improve the production process of coatings, play a role in anti-sink, thickening and anti-sagging. Water-based paint thickener can be used in printing paint, water-based paint, architectural paint, interior and exterior wall paint, emulsion paint, leather edge oil, ink and other interior and exterior wall paint formulations.

In some solvent-based offset and gravure printing ink, Wax PEW-0391 can provide good abrasion resistance and scratch resistance effect, the additive amount is about 0.5-2%. PEW-0391 can be used in hot melt road marking paints; the additive amount is about 5-20%.
