The masterbatch is not melted before entering, but is squeezed in directly, relying on the power of the screw, not the heat; the disadvantage of this is that if the material is made for a long time, the screw will be damaged greatly.

3. Use the broken screw to connect and change the diameter of the front section to be slightly smaller than the back section; the gap is larger and it is easier to feed.

4. Increase the feed inlet. If you are making such materials for a long time, you can cut the feed inlet larger; of course, cutting it larger does not mean that you can feed more, you can add stirring equipment, refer to the production equipment of PS foam materials.

5. Change the motor disk: change the diameter of the rotating disk to a larger size, so that the screw speed is faster, and the material is stirred in before it is dissolved; the disadvantage is to be careful not to break the screw; after the speed is fast, the temperature should be increased in the heating zone behind, otherwise the bearing force of the screw is too large.

The pigment in the masterbatch should have excellent dispersibility and be evenly dispersed in the masterbatch, and the dispersant used will not reduce the quality of the polypropylene fiber. Otherwise, good quality liquid-dyed fibers cannot be produced, the operation is unstable, and the fibers are prone to breakage or abnormal fibers are produced when they are drawn.
