Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax. Because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance and widely be used. In normal production, this PE waxes can be added directly to polyolefin processing as an additive, and it can increase the gloss and processing performance of the products.

Most of the PE waxes are divided into several kinds:
1. Ethylene are polymerized into PE wax. PE waxes produced by this method have good external lubrication performance, high gloss, narrow molecular weight distribution and very stable quality. These are the alternatives like Honeywell A-C series.

2. PE wax, commonly known as by-product of ethylene polymerization process, is purified through the refining process, which has low viscosity, high melting point, good external lubricating properties and low price, but the quality fluctuates with the change of raw materials and process, and there are inevitably more low melting point components in the product due to the characteristics of the refining process.

3. PVC heat-stable medium and low molecular weight polyethylene cracking products, commonly known as cracking wax, the cracking process is simple and easy to operate, but the molecular weight distribution of the product fluctuates with the production process, the quality is relatively good, there will still be a small number of low melting point components.

FT, PE wax for PVC products can achieve external lubricity, delay plasticization, and improve the gloss of finished products; excellent external lubricant to improve the brightness of products, especially suitable for extrusion process, which can significantly improve the extrusion rate.
