Polyamide waxes in coatings

Composition: Polyamide wax.

Active part content: 20%.

Appearance: Milky white, paste-like.

Dosage (to total formulation): 0.1-2%.

The effect of polyamide wax on solvent-based coating viscosity: micronized polyamide wax is mostly emulsified in natural paraffin wax to produce polarity, and then put into xylene to pre-expand to generate paste thixotropic agent, its expansion structure into a network, has very good strength and heat resistance, good storage stability, has excellent anti-sink effect in the coating system, can improve the thixotropy of the coating.
