Polyethylene wax can be used as a lubricant for extrusion, calendering and injection molding processes. It improves processing efficiency, prevents and overcomes bonding of films, pipes and sheets, increases the flatness and gloss of finished products, and improves the appearance of finished products.

Polyethylene wax can be used as a dispersant for various thermoplastic resins and as a lubricant dispersant for filling and degradation masterbatches. It can improve the processability, surface gloss, lubricity and thermal stability of HDPE, PP and PVC.

PE wax is a chemical raw material, the fineness of polyethylene wax is formed by ethylene polymerization rubber processing agent of small white beads / flakes. It has the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, high gloss and white color.

Polyethylene wax is a low molecular weight polyethylene homopolymer or copolymer that is widely used in coatings. By wax, we mean that the polymer floats on the surface of the coating in the form of microcrystals, which is similar to, but more practical than, paraffin wax.

The main roles of PE waxes in solvent-based coatings are: matting, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, polish resistance, carving resistance, anti-adhesion, precipitation resistance, thixotropy; good lubricity and processability; and metal pigment positioning.
