As an internal lubricant, PE wax has good compatibility with polymers. It plays a role in reducing the intermolecular cohesion of the polymer inside the polymer, thereby improving the internal friction and heat generation of the plastic melt and the fluidity of the melt. .

3, External lubricity
The role of PE wax as an external lubricant is mainly to improve the friction between the polymer melt and the hot metal surface of the processing equipment. It has poor compatibility with polymers and easily migrates from the melt to the outside, so it can form a lubricating thin layer at the interface between the plastic melt and the metal.

Polyethylene wax has excellent properties, high softening point, low viscosity, high molecular weight, low heat loss, strong external lubrication, good metal peeling, easy to disperse, high product gloss, relative Good capacity, anti-precipitation, and good mold release.
