In thermoplastics, elastomers, and thermosetting plastics, it can improve the wear resistance and non-stickiness of the materials and reduce the surface friction coefficient. In rubber, it can improve the surface properties and mentioned properties of rubber, and improve the crushing strength and friction properties of rubber.
2. As a modified additive for inks: Adding 1% to 3% of polytetrafluoroethylene ultrafine powder to aniline inks, gravure inks, and offset inks can significantly improve the color, wear resistance, and smoothness of printed products, especially suitable for high-speed printing.
3. As a modified additive for coatings: Adding up to 60% of polytetrafluoroethylene ultrafine powder to the coating (different addition ratios have different performances) can improve the anti-stickiness, lubricity, reduce the friction coefficient, improve corrosion resistance, wettability and processability of the coating, etc. It is widely used in food, packaging, electrical appliances, textiles and other departments.
