4. Spinning masterbatch dispersant: It overcomes the odor caused by sublimation during high-temperature spinning, and is particularly suitable for the dispersion and lubrication of propylene, polyester, and nylon spinning masterbatches.
5. Ink wear and scratch resistance: Polypropylene wax can be used as a wear-resistant agent for printing inks, which can improve the wear resistance of inks, overcome wiping, and improve temperature resistance.
The melting point of polypropylene wax is relatively high, between 140-160 degrees, the molecular weight is between thousands and tens of thousands, the corresponding viscosity is between tens and thousands, the crystallinity is high, and the hardness is high; the melting point of polypropylene wax is usually between 80-110 degrees, the viscosity is between hundreds to thousands or even tens of thousands, and the corresponding molecular weight is between thousands to tens of thousands.
