Application of low-temperature heat seal adhesive in thermal transfer, water-based EAA (ethylene acrylic acid copolymer) emulsion, good ink absorption performance, can be used as one of the main raw materials of thermal transfer ink-absorbing coating; at the same time, it also has low-temperature heat sealing performance, starting temperature 75℃, can be used as hot melt adhesive and film heat seal adhesive for thermal transfer.

Main performance:

1. The coating has good ink absorption performance, and is resistant to stretching, washing and scratching.

2. Low sealing temperature (70℃), high heat sealing strength and wide heat sealing range.

3. Safe and environmentally friendly—completely water-based, transparent coating, soft after film formation, and good salt spray resistance.

Applicable substrates: commonly used films such as PET, BOPP, etc.; clothing fabrics, etc.

Application areas: thermal transfer ink-absorbing layer raw materials/transfer hot melt adhesive/food-grade film low-temperature heat seal adhesive, such as quick packaging of heat-sensitive foods such as candy, chewing gum, chocolate, etc.
